LFP Internet Group, LLC (the “Company”) along with its affiliate companies (collectively, “we, “us” or “our”) is an adult-oriented entertainment company that, among other things, publishes digital adult-oriented content as more particularly described in this Privacy Policy (the “service”). We also operate several internet websites, web pages and sub-domains that link to this Privacy Policy, including without limitation, this website https://hustlerunlimited.com (collectively, the “Website”). In connection with the operation of the Website, we and our third-party service providers, partners, and vendors, sometimes gather certain information from you and about visitors of the Website (collectively, “you”). This Privacy Policy describes our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information we may collect from you when you visit the Website. It also describes your options regarding what types of information are collected from you, how such information is used, and what we do to protect this information. We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the website hosted at https://hustlerunlimited.com, and any of its related web or landing pages shall be collectively included in the definition of the term, “Website”, as used herein.

You Provide Personal Information Directly To Us
We collect information: (i) that you enter on our Website, (ii) email to us, or (iii) otherwise directly provide to us.
i. Automatic Information Collection
I. We may use automatically collected information for the purposes of analyzing and improving our business. Be advised that third parties may also automatically collect information about you. We do not control the actions of third parties, and their actions are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
We may use information collected automatically from or about with information we already have to identify you.

In addition to any information that you choose to submit to us, to provide you with services and content that are more customized to your interests, the Company and our Processors, third-party service providers and advertisers may use a variety of technologies (including cookies, Flash cookies, web beacons and embedded scripts) (collectively, “Cookies”) that automatically or passively collect information when you visit or interact with the Websites (the “Usage Information”). ii. Registration or Subscription Information, Communications and Requests from You, and Your Submissions.
When you engage in activities on the Websites such as registering or subscribing to services provided in connection with the Website, or other activities on the Website, you may be asked to provide information such as your e-mail address, name, phone number, address, and billing information, and we (or third-party service providers on our behalf) will collect such information as well as any other content you provide us in engaging in any of the such activities. Information such as your age, date of birth, gender, hobbies or interests may also be requested (the information collected as described under this paragraph shall hereinafter be referred to as “personally identifiable information”).
iii. Billing and Credit Card Information.
To enable payment for trial or continuous subscriptions to our services, our payment processors (“Processors”) may collect and store billing, credit card, debit card, checking account, and/or other payment information, our Processors do not provide this information to us, and the Company is only provided with information concerning whether a particular Member account has or has not paid for the services. This information may be shared with us and will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction such as fulfilling orders and processing credit cards. We also use third-party platforms to process payments, and these third-party platforms may collect and store billing and credit card information. In any case that any of this information is shared with us, this information is only be used by us to process the authorized payments. The processing of your billing and credit card information by these Processor platforms are subject to their privacy policies. Please refer to the privacy policies of these third-party payment service providers for information concerning their privacy practices.
iv. Social Media
Our Website may include social media features and links, such as, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Threads, and X (formerly known as Twitter) widgets. The use of these features may result in the collection of information about you (i.e., your IP address and the Website pages you visit) by setting a cookie or through the use of other tracking technologies. The collection and use of your information arising from or related to your interactions with social media links, widgets, and/or features found on the Website may be governed by third-party privacy policies, and not this Privacy Policy. This is because certain of these social media features and widgets may not be hosted by us, and they may be hosted by third parties. We recommend you review the information your third-party social networking services may make available to us by visiting their privacy policies and/or modifying your privacy settings directly with those services. You agree that we shall not be liable for the use by social networking services of any information. The Company maintains and operates various social media accounts, and these accounts may engage with customers on social media platforms for various reasons, including customer service. Please note that contacting us through our social media accounts, or our engagement with you via direct messages on social media platforms may result in the collection of information about you by these social media platforms.
v. Geolocation Information.
With your consent, certain mobile Websites or a third-party such as an advertiser may collect and use your geolocation to provide you with information about goods and services within your geographic location or implement other functionality concerning the Website, such as to serve targeted advertising. In addition, when you have geolocation software running on your mobile phone, computer or other device, we may collect that information as controlled by your privacy settings on those devices. By using such service, you hereby consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your geolocation information as described.
vi. Information From Other Sources
We may use other sources to collect and update existing information and correct or improve our records. For example, when accessing the Website, your mobile device may share certain information related to your location with us and our service providers.

We may also acquire information from other sources about your visits over time and across other third-party web sites, in order to serve more targeted advertising to you on the Website(s). 4. Password Security.
Member areas of the Website are accessed through the use of a login name and password chosen by you when you become a member. You must keep your password strictly confidential and you agree that if you share your login name and/or password with another person, your membership and access to the Website may be immediately terminated without notice or reimbursement of any kind. Sharing of passwords and other methods of unauthorized access to the Website with any other person are strictly forbidden, exceeds the rights granted to you as a member, violates our intellectual property rights and may violate various civil and criminal laws. We are not responsible for any use, collection, sharing, or sale of your personal information by a third-party resulting from a third-party’s access to your account due to your own failure to keep your password secure.

Please note that we may merge information that we collect from our Website with information that we collect from other sources related to the operation of our business. We may provide access to information to vendors that are performing services on our behalf, including fulfilling subscriptions to our services, managing our email lists and sending email messages on our behalf, processing payments, providing customer support and performing other administrative services, in order to carry out such services (the “Service Provider Use”). Subject to this Section 5, we do not share the information we collect with anyone except for parties required to provide and improve the service and/or process payments. We do not sell information or data collected from the Website to advertisers or advertising agencies, nor do we sell such information or data for advertising purposes. Under certain rare circumstances we may share your information with our parent, subsidiary and/or affiliated companies, successors and/or assigns, who may use personal information or data for any purpose disclosed in or consistent with this Privacy Policy. Additionally, in the event of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, bankruptcy, reorganization, or liquidation, we may transfer, sell, or assign to third parties any and/or all information collected from or about you subject to Section 5(xiii). We have not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.
We may share your information with our service providers and business partners in connection with services such as hosting, payment processing and billing, fulfillment, data storage, security, customer service, customer relationship management, accounting, auditing, administering sweepstakes, surveys, email and mailing services, marketing or other relationships for joint marketing purposes or such partners’ own marketing purposes in connection with the operation of the Website or our business.
If the email address you provide to us is a wireless email address, we may send you and you agree to receive messages at such address from Company or from third parties.
i. Provide, Manage and Improve our Websites.
Company uses information we collect from you in part to provide you with the services (e.g., to sign up for an event, request promotional materials directly from a third-party partner), to respond to your inquiries, to administer the Websites and for other lawful business purposes.
ii. Advertising and Analytics.
We use the information in connection with advertising and to serve other content, as described below. We also use the information we collect and obtain about you to measure and improve our Websites, to customize certain features of the Websites, to deliver relevant content and to provide you with an enhanced experience based on the type of device you are using.
iii. Transactional Communications.
We may use your information to provide transactional or service communications about the Websites, such as to notify you concerning certain promotions (a “Promotion”), when we make changes to subscriber agreements, to fulfill a request for you for an email newsletter, or to contact you about your account. If you wish to unsubscribe from our email newsletters, please follow the unsubscribe/opt-out instructions at the bottom of the correspondence or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.
iv. Reader Surveys.
We may collect information from you in connection with voluntary surveys about your readership of our services, your household/personal characteristics and your purchase behavior. The information you provide in any audience marketing surveys will only be shared in the aggregate with advertisers and Company affiliates unless we notify you otherwise at the time of collection. Any other survey results may be shared with advertiser and partners, at our discretion, unless we notify you otherwise at the time of collection.
v. Editorial Use.
In addition, we may use information you provide to us through emails, blogs, forums, in response to polls, or through any other user generated submission for editorial purposes. If you provide us with personal anecdotes, they may be attributed to you. Company reserves the right to, and may, edit, rewrite, use, and reuse the content, including your name, likeness, photograph, and biographical information you provide, with or without attribution, including publication in the Services, and in trade media, and advertising. You hereby consent to this.
vi. Marketing.
Subject to applicable law, we may combine and use any and all information we collect about you either online or otherwise, including from third parties, for marketing purposes, including sending you promotional emails regarding special offers about certain products and services or on behalf of third-party marketing partners who we think can offer services and products of interest to you. Unless we expressly notify you otherwise at the time of collection, we also may disclose information that we receive from you and from third-party sources to third parties whose practices are not covered by this Privacy Policy (e.g. other marketers, publishers, retailers, participatory databases and non-profit organizations) that want to market products or services to you. This includes licensing information about your interests and activities, and marketing segments created with such data, which we may share with third parties for their marketing purposes.
vii. Promotions.
By agreeing to participate in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that Promotion. Please refer to the rules and requirements governing Promotions.
In some cases, you may have entered a contest or sweepstakes sponsored by a third-party, in which case the information you provide via the contest or sweepstakes may be shared by us with that third-party for their use in their discretion, including direct marketing. Some of our contests and sweepstakes will ask you at the time of entry whether you would like to have your personal information shared with the sponsor, in which case we will honor your selection. Other contests will not give you that option and in that event, if you do not want your information to be shared, you should not enter the contest. We may use Cookies in combination with the information we collect — for instance, IP addresses and unique mobile device identifiers — to locate or try to locate the same unique users across multiple browsers or devices (such as smartphones or tablets), or work with service providers that do so, which may allow us to save your preferences across devices and analyze usage of the Websites and promote a consistent user experience across platforms.
ix. Affiliates.
Certain Company offices and affiliates may have access to certain of your information for internal management and administrative purposes on our behalf. In any case, these affiliates will only have access to your information for administrative and operations purposes only.
x. Social Media
While some communications with us through social media platforms may be governed by this Privacy Policy, please be advised that the privacy policy of the social media platform being used for these communications will also govern these interactions and related data collection. Please review the privacy policies of these social media platforms for more information on how they collect and use information they may collect about you. The terms and conditions of these social networking sites will apply in connection with any interactions concerning these social media platforms.
xi. Administrative and Legal Reasons.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, we may at all times and in any manner access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your information, including disclosure to third parties: (i) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoenas, governmental requests or legal process, or in connection with a legal investigation, if in our good faith opinion such is required or permitted by law; (ii) to protect and/or defend the Websites’ Terms of Service or other policies applicable to the Websites, their content, services or functionality, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (iii) to protect the safety, rights, property or security of the Websites or any third-party (for example, if we are trying to collect money you owe us); and/or (iv) to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. Further, we may use Identifiers and other information to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with third parties such as copyright owners, internet service providers, wireless service providers and/or law enforcement agencies, including disclosing such information to third parties, all in our discretion. Such disclosures may be carried out without notice to you. We may also use information we collect to answer and comply with administrative, regulatory, statutory, and other legal inquiries or requirements. We may also assist law enforcement agencies and offices using the information we collect. We reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify you and, where permitted or required by law, we may provide information about or relating to you, including any personally identifiable information about you, to third parties without your consent if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order, subpoena, government request for information, or other legal or regulatory requirements; (b) protect or defend our rights or property, our Website, or other Website users; (c) respond to claims that any posting or other content of our Website violates the rights or property of any third party, including without limitation providing information necessary to satisfy the Digital Millennium Copyright Act; (d) to protect the health and safety of our Website’s users or the general public; (e) to enforce compliance with our Terms of Use; or (f) to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it to us, and otherwise with your consent.
xii. Sales or Transfer of Business or Assets.
We may share information in connection with a sale, merger, transfer, exchange, or other disposition (whether of assets, stock, or otherwise, including via bankruptcy) of all or a portion of the business conducted by the Company with respect to the Website to which this policy applies, in which case the acquirer, purchaser, surviving entity, or other appropriately characterized company will possess the information collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
xiii. Cross-Platform Information
In some instances, the experience that is available on the mobile version of the Websites may be different than that provided through the desktop or tablet version of the Websites. This may include, but is not limited to, different UI/UX naming conventions, and few minor differences. Certain mobile applications offered or operated by the Company may have a different user experience than the mobile or desktop versions of the Websites accessible through internet browsers, and these user experiences may have minor differences in products and/or services made available for purchase, and/or the methods of payment available to users.
xiv. Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising.
The Company engages in Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising as defined in the CCPA (as defined in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy) for the purposes of reaching a wider audience and providing more relevant advertising to users of the Website. In connection with these practices, certain internet behavior information may be collected and shared with third parties that service our Website and advertising operations. This information does not involve your name, or any other information that directly identifies you. The extent of this information is collected by using cookies, device identifiers, or plug-ins embedded in the code of the Website that allow us to track certain information about how user’s enter and navigate the Website. This information is used to provide more relevant advertisements and to improve the Website, its functionality, features, layout, and accessibility. Please note that preferences you provide us may not be saved across all of your devices or browsers and you may have to select, provide, or input certain preferences with respect to cross-context advertising in each such device and each browser you use to access the Website.
xv. Anonymous Information.
We may create aggregated or anonymized information about you and other users of the Websites by excluding information (such as your name) that relate to an identifiable individual (“Anonymous Information”). We may use this Anonymous Information for any purpose permitted under the law and disclose Anonymous Information to third parties in our sole discretion.
xvi. Digital Advertising.
We may engage in marketing campaigns that include listing advertisements on, or using, certain social media and search engine platforms. In some cases, these advertisements are sent to groups of people who share certain characteristics, attributes, interests, and demographics which may be filtered, targeted, and/or re-targeted based on these characteristics. We may measure and optimize our advertising campaigns using cookies, pixels, and analytics tools, some of which may be incorporated into the code of the Website. xvii. Website Administration and Creation of Website Accounts
We may have functionality on our Website that is provided, in whole or in part, by a third-party service provider. You can usually identify such third-party functionality by the use of a trademark not owned or licensed to the Company on or near the functionality. In that case, when you use that functionality, you become subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of this third-party in addition to (and in some cases, instead of) the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of our Website. In some cases, you may need to visit that party’s web site and locate the terms of use and privacy policy.
For example, we may use a third-party service to prevent robots from being able to crawl and spam our site. Within the site, you may be required to perform a simple “test” to submit information to us to confirm that you are a human and not a robot. This allows us to better protect the information you submit to us and allows our customer service team to focus on what matters most – serving you.
Our Website gives you the option to create a personal account. To create an account, you will be asked to provide contact information and select a username and password. This personally identifiable information may be used to provide you with personal services from us. You may also use the account to use our online personalized features. However, other than when submitting an order to purchase a subscription or to access certain Members areas of our Website, submitting contact information and creating an account are strictly voluntary and are not required to access our non-Member areas of the Website. To make it easy for repeat orders, or to renew subscriptions, we provide log-in customers with the ability to store their payment information for future transactions. The payment information is securely stored by our payment service provider and we do not store this information.
Please be sure to keep all passwords for any Website account confidential. We are not responsible for any party gaining access to your Member account on the Website because your password was obtained through your actions or omissions. This anonymous information is collected through the use of a cookie. To our knowledge, no personally identifiable information is collected or used in this process.
